2. Do you ship to all corners of the globe?

You bet we do! We’re all about spreading the love, so yes, we ship worldwide.


3. Can I change or cancel my order?

We’re speed demons when it comes to processing orders, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please let us know within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order is zooming its way to you! But don’t worry—if things don't work out, you can always return it for a full refund.


4. What payment methods do you guys take?

We’re all about making life easy. You can pay with any major credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) or use PayPal. Whatever works for you!


5. When will my order be processed?

We’re on it! Orders are processed and shipped straight from our warehouse. During holidays or sales, things might take a bit longer, but usually, we get it done between Monday and Friday. Expect your order to be processed in 1-3 business days, and it’ll be out the door the next day. FYI: We take weekends off, so orders placed then will be handled on Monday.


6. What if my order takes a detour and doesn’t show up?

No worries! If your order is MIA for more than 30 days after shipping, we’ll sort it out with a full refund.


7. Will customs and taxes surprise me at the door?

The prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, but your local customs office might charge you some duties or taxes. These fees are your responsibility, so make sure to check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.


8. How do I send something back?

We hope you love everything, but if you need to return something, just drop us a line at roomeradecor@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the process!


9. What if I receive something that’s not quite right?

Uh-oh! If something’s damaged, incorrect, or missing, we’re on it. Contact us with your order number and some pics of the issue, and we’ll fix it.


10. When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve got your return or cancellation sorted, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If it’s taking a little longer, give your bank or credit card company a shout—they might just be running a little slow.
